Bartlett Mitchell has announced three high profile appointments marking further investment in the sustainable growth of the business.
James Greetham is joining as strategic business development director, Russell Scanlon has joined as director (northern region), and Neil MacLaurin has been appointed as non-executive director.
Starting on 1 May, Greetham will lead the strategic business development team at Bartlett Mitchell, building on its continued and sustainable growth.
A highly respected industry figure, Greetham has also worked for Restaurant Associates and Levy Restaurants in senior business development roles, as well as working across the sector in restaurants and bars.
In a newly created role, Scanlon will be responsible for the company’s operational and business development activity in the midlands and north as it continues to grow its regional presence across the UK.
He brings a wealth of multi-sector hospitality experience in operational management, sales, strategy and concept development having worked for a number of London and national caterers, in a career spanning 25 years.
MacLaurin, who joins as non-executive director of the business, will support the board with governance, strategic and commercial guidance.
He has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality, sport and leisure, working both domestically and internationally. MacLaurin has owned and managed numerous FTSE 100 and private businesses, and created innovative food and beverage o?ers across a multitude of sport and leisure venues.
The company has also appointed Matthew Fox as business development manager. Reporting to James Greetham, Fox will support the growth of the company through its business development succession planning.
Bartlett Mitchell, which posted record turnover of more than £45.6m last year, has continued to invest in its people and processes year on year. The latest appointments further strengthen the company’s leadership team and help to enhance its business operations across the UK.
