Catering provider, Centerplate UK has today announced Adam Elliott will be leaving his post as President of the company.
The group has also appointed Adrian Dishington as Chief Operating Operator.
Dishington, who comes from the Senior Management team as Regional Vice President, will assume executive responsibility drawing upon his 20 years of experience in fine dining, 4- and 5-star hotel properties, national parks, professional sports and major events.
Dishington has been responsible for the growth in reputation of Seattle’s Safeco Field (home of Major League Baseball’s Mariners) as well as other premier properties across the Pacific Northwest.
Centerplate said Adam Elliott has agreed to continue with them in a consulting capacity to ensure a smooth transition.
