Prestige Student Living's Symons House, a luxurious student accommodation development in Leeds City Centre, is to open its door in 2020.
Medlock has to fitted out the ground floor amenity space, which includes an array of facilities starting with a luxurious reception area with back of house offices.
Other amenities include enclosed meeting rooms (pictured), several study and reading areas, a breakfast room, a cinema room and a games room.
The rest of the development boasts the very best in student accommodation, with over 300 bedrooms and even a roof terrace.
The site, which topped out in April, is located in just round the corner from the Leeds Grand Theatre and is perfectly situated to provide easy access to all of the universities in the city - less than a 10 minute walk to Leeds Beckett University and a 17 minute walk to The University of Leeds.
