Dean Kinsey has joined Bidfresh-owned Oliver Kay Produce as its new Development Chef, based in the firm's Bolton development kitchen.
Kinsey has a great, varied cheffing career, enabling him to offer support with all levels of catering, having worked in a range of establishments, from city centre, fine dining restaurants and country pubs, to gastro pubs, award-winning hotels and restaurants.
This appointment comes at a time when veganism is such a major trend that looks set to continue to grow in 2020.
One of the first projects Kinsey will be working on is looking at how Oliver Kay can further extend its range of vegan ingredients, to ensure operators have all they need for their vegan menu items. Kinsey will be on hand for any customers looking for support with dish and menu development.
