New WC2 cafe whips up pancake selection

The newly launched Apple Butter Cafe in London's Seven Dials, the cafe that features a huge central apple tree, has revealed new dishes to celebrate Pancake Day.

On 25 February, the WC2 cafe will serve up the following:
Savoury pancakes with creamed mushrooms and tarragon
Pancakes with lotus biscuit and chocolate ganache
Banana and salted caramel pancakes
Pancakes with English Rhubarb and Rose compote, honeycomb & Chantilly cream

The eatery also offers a wide range of specialty coffees, including Cold Brew coffee – brewed in room temperature, for 8-12 hours for the best taste.

Alongside hot and cold beverages, there are gourmet sandwiches and salads, indulgent Middle-Eastern inspired desserts and daily freshly-baked cakes and pastries. There are gluten-free and dairy-free options.
