Vegan burger concept opens at Boxpark Wembley

The Clean Kitchen, a new vegan burger concept, has opened this month at London's Boxpark Wembley.

The business was born during the first national lockdown and it all started with two friends using their kitchen to deliver healthy burgers whilst the pandemic hit home. Just months later, Youtube star Mike Pearce and long-time friend and business partner Abe Garman achieved great success and expanded the business.

At Wembley, although there is a growing vegan food offering with most traders now serving vegan options, The Clean Kitchen is the only 100% vegan food outlet.

Signature dishes include loaded fries, covered in Sriracha vegan mayonnaise crushed peanuts, toasted sesame, crispy onions and melted vegan cheese, and the Cheat ‘N’ Clean, a burger containing two homemade plant-based patties, mushroom bacon, vegan cheese, vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce and tomatoes.

The Clean Kitchen is on a mission to become the fastest-growing vegan delivery-kitchen brand in the UK. Pearce and Garman’s joint venture aims to create a healthy, guilt-free burger that not only tastes delicious but also good for the environment.
