Pimentae Cocktails Now Available in All UK Byron Restaurants


Pimentae, the acclaimed brand behind premium tequila cocktails, is excited to announce the launch of their Spicy Margarita and Tommy’s Margarita in all UK Byron restaurants. In addition to in-restaurant availability, these cocktails are also offered for takeaway through Deliveroo, making it easier than ever to enjoy Pimentae's bold, flavour-led creations.
This launch coincides with Byron’s introduction of their new summer menu, which features a refreshing Caesar Salad and a delectable Chicken Caesar Burger, perfectly complemented by Pimentae’s signature margaritas.

Since its inception in March 2021, Pimentae has experienced remarkable success. Female founders Alice Parmiter and Wynter Karo started the brand with a mission to revolutionise the way consumers enjoy tequila, transforming it from a shot to be endured into a sophisticated beverage to be savoured. Their time in Mexico inspired them to bridge the knowledge gap in the UK’s tequila market by offering premium, ready-to-drink cocktails that highlight the complex, nuanced flavours of high-quality tequila.

Pimentae has quickly disrupted the beverage market with their innovative approach, earning accolades and a loyal following, including celebrities like Michelle Keegan, Maya Jama, and Jessie Ware. The brand’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in their exclusively designed upcyclable bottles by London-based artist Kit Lintin, emphasising Pimentae's ethos of creating high-quality, eco-conscious products.
