Heston Blumenthal's Fat Duck restaurant in Bray, Berkshire is set to reopens following refurbishment next month with a new 'story-telling' menu.
Blumenthal gathered a creative team for the new menu and also sought advice from magician Derren Brown and Billy Elliot writer Lee Hallover.
The menu aims to take diners on a journey aimed at capturing childhood feelings of adventure, discovery and curiosity.
The revamped 40-cover restaurant, which will have over 70 staff at each service, will also be offering a £150k mobile sweetshop which is shaped like a doll's house, and will puff smoke rings out of its chimney as diners choose their sweets at the end of their meal.
