Lincolnshire-based The Coaching Inn Group has acquired the 26-bed Three Swans in the High Street, Hungerford, bringing its estate to 12 inns.
The company will now invest in the new acquisition with a refurbishment of the accommodation area, plus the introduction of its Eatery and Coffee House brands.
As part of the group's £20m expansion plan, the Hungerford venue is the third acquisition this year, and another three purchases are planned before the end of its financial year.
The Coaching Inn Group operates outlets across the UK, from West Yorkshire, to Wales and down to Cornwall.
