Compass Group's B&I division, Eurest Services has won a £12.5m, 5-year contract with the Department for Environment, food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
Eurest is to operate the company's restaurants, hospitality, conferences and vending for 7,500 employees across 10 sites (Northumberland offices pictured). A bespoke brand, Harvest, will be rolled out in all food service and retail areas for a consistent look and feel.
Eurest will also offer the Costa Coffee brand across Defra's sites, including the two Westminster locations which will have fully licensed cafés.
