New speakers have been revealed for the Business Briefing Stage at The Great Hospitality Show, Birmingham NEC, on 23-25 January 2017, including the managing director of Costa Coffee and Malmaison's founder.
The Business Briefing Stage is a mix of informative business seminars targeting key issues surrounding British hospitality, and provides insight, debate and discussion on the most relevant topics and trends making the headlines.
The first day's events includes:
- Jason Cotta, Managing Direcor of Costa Coffee UK & Ireland, (pictured) will be speaking about staff motivation.
- The Caterer Interview - a rare opportunity to see one of Britain's most admired hotel operators. Ken McCulloch, the creator of One Devonshire Gardens is also the founder of Malmaison hotels.
- The Go Green Debate - A panel discussion initiated by GRAM. This is one of the most important topics of our generation. Learn how to reduce energy usage whilst saving money and helping to create a better future.
