Staycity, the serviced apartment group, is set to open Staycity Manchester Piccadilly in May this year.
The property, located in the ‘s-shaped’ building, Gateway House, near the Piccadilly train station, is set to comprise 182 one, two and three bedroom apartments, each with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom.
A cafe lounge, gym, car park, and 24-hour reception are also to be available to guests.
Staycity operates over 3,000 serviced apartments across major European cities including Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh, London, Marseille and Paris.
