Street food brand, Black Bear Burger has opened a permanent restaurant in London's Brixton Village.
Serving up grass-fed and dry aged beef burgers from native breeds raised in the South West at Giant Robot and Boxpark Shoreditch, the new eatery offers an expanded menu. The new dishes include chicken burgers (pictured) and vegan burgers, brisket spring rolls and smoked BBQ specials.
The brand's popular burgers are still featuring: The Black Bear burger - Aged Beef Patty, American Cheese, Onion Jam, Pancetta Bacon, Garlic Mayo, as well as Chicken nuggets - Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast with Buffalo & Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce, and Buffalo wings with house made blue cheese dip.
The new Brixton site also has an alcohol license so there are small list of cocktails, jugs of beer and ‘shot skis’.
