Restaurateur Jamie Barber, owner of Hush in Mayfair, has revealed plans to open a second Hush brasserie in St Paul’s.
Expected to open next summer, the new 3,500sq ft site will cater for up to 140 covers and be based in AXA Real Estate’s 1 St Paul’s development in the city. Over 20 offers were received for the unit, however Barber managed to secure the site following the success of the launch of his first Hush brasserie which opened in Holborn in June.
The Hush brasserie will offer brasserie classics, high tea and breakfast meaning it will be open all day. Work is set to begin on the restaurant in March 2013.
