New company, Maven Leisure is set to raise £4.3m through private equity investment firm, Growthdeck, to refurbish and launch the first three of seven new London bars.
The new brand is being established by the current owners and senior management of ETM Group.
ETM operates 13 premium bars, pubs and restaurants in Central London including: rooftop bar Aviary, The Botanist Sloane Square, premium sports bars Greenwood, Westwood and Redwood, and its brew and sports pub, Long Arm Pub & Brewery.
Since brothers Ed and Tim Martin (pictured) formed the company 2003, it has grown from a single site to a business turning over c.£35m and generating c.£3.2m EBITDA with no external equity funding.
