Country house hotel chain, Hand Picked Hotels has acquired the Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa in St. Helier, Jersey - taking its portfolio to 21 properties.
The group purchased the 5-star hotel from RBS Real Estate Asset Management for an estimated £15m.
The hotel features 123 bedrooms, six suites, three Rosette Michelin Tassili restaurant, Victoria Brasserie and the Park Suites, which includes a business centre with cinema, meeting rooms and events space.
It also offers a spa with indoor heated pool and gym facilities.

The Grand Jersey is the fourth purchase for the group in the last few years. Fawsley Hotel and Spa, Northamptonshire and St Pierre Park Hotel and Golf Resort in Guernsey were acquired last year and Bailbrook House was purchased in 2012.
