Coffee shop and roastery operator, Grind & Co has announced the opening of its seventh outlet in Royal Exchange in the City this April.
Grind’s Royal Exchange site is a Grade I listed building on Threadneedle Street and will offer a new grab 'n' go menu with items such as squid ink flatbread with chicken, aioli, pickles and tomatoes.
Breakfast options will include avocado and chilli on toast, Kaniwa-rolled eggs with pickled asparagus, along with cold pressed juices and smoothie bowls.
The news comes hot on the heels of the opening on 18 March of the company's sixth site in Covent Garden.
