Busaba and Turtle Bay both launched new outlets at shopping and dining hub, Liverpool One on Hanover Street. The Busaba outlet was blessed by Buddhist monks before opening.
Turtle Bay has opened a 3,066 sq ft site, and Busaba has taken over a 5,418 sq ft site which are adjacent to one another on the street. The brands join Wahaca, Reds True BBQ, and Roxy Ball Room.
In addition, New World Trading Company’s Hamptons-inspired bar concept, The Club House, opened earlier this year and features a permanent grill and barbecue, which is set-up for year-round use.
The continued focus on food and beverage has helped drive a 5.6% increase in catering sales at Liverpool One in the first quarter of the year compared to the same period in 2015.
