Mowgli Street Food owner and chef, Nisha Katona is set to open a third restaurant, in Water Street, Liverpool on 14 December.
Katona built the concept of her restaurants on how people from India eat at home and on their streets.
The simple dishes of a Mowgli menu are a million miles away from the curry stereotype. These dishes convey the truth that real Indian food is extremely healthy, often vegan and always packed with fresh flavour.
Katona currently has one site on Bold Street and one in Manchester, and also has plans to open a site in Leeds.
