Ivy Collection to open first international brasserie in Dublin

This summer, The Ivy Collection will cross the Irish Sea to open its first international brasserie in the heart of Dublin’s city centre.

Located at 13-17 Dawson Street, Dublin, the brasserie is situated in the new landmark building, One Molesworth, and will bring a touch of Ivy magic to Ireland for local residents, businesses and visitors to enjoy.

Catering for every occasion, The Ivy Dawson Street will be overseen by Jamie Belton as General Manager, and Head Chef Nick Lentini.

Positioned on one of Dublin’s most fashionable streets, the brasserie-style restaurant and bar will accommodate approximately 200 guests and feature an all-encompassing menu complete with breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner. The brasserie will also feature a private dining room named ‘The Jonathan Swift Room,’ seating up to 36 guests and offering an ideal space for events, birthdays or stylish working lunches.

The Ivy Dawson Street will serve food from dawn until dusk, incorporating a selection of classics including shepherd’s pie, crispy duck salad and an indulgent chocolate bombe, alongside a selection of locally inspired dishes such as Dublin Bay prawns and Dungarvan oysters.

The critically-acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio has consulted on the restaurant’s interiors. Notable features in the restaurant will include floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a striking central onyx bar, beautiful pendant lighting, marble floor tiles, polished parquet panel flooring and leather banquettes – all creating a stylish, yet laid-back environment for all-day dining.

Jamie Belton, General Manager at The Ivy Dawson Street says: “Bringing The Ivy Collection’s first international brasserie to Dublin is without doubt the most exciting point of my career. With fantastic food, beautiful interiors and consistent, friendly service, our Irish brasserie will offer a touch of glamour whilst also welcoming guests to visit us anytime, whatever the occasion. The team and I are really looking forward to welcoming our new neighbours and visitors to the area this summer.”
