Seasoned creates vegan-inspired lunch for Int Brewing & Cider Awards

Leading London event caterer, Seasoned, exclusively catered for the BFBi national luncheon, celebrating the International Brewing & Cider Awards at the prestigious Guildhall in the heart of the square mile.

The special biennial national luncheon took place on the 1st of May, celebrating the best of brewers and cider makers from around the world. The BFBi is the only international trade association representing the entire value chain supplying the food and drink industry worldwide.

Seasoned’s long lasting relationship with BFBi has seen it host the event for over 10 years. This year over 400 guests were entertained at London’s Guildhall with an array of delectable dishes.

Vegan options were included supporting Seasoned’s 14001 green initiative drive to include more meat-free, plant-based options in its menus. Seasonal vegetable pressed terrine was served with tarragon salsa verde, dressed in roquette salad and ciabatta crisp as a starter. For vegan mains golden beetroot and quinoa cake was served, with grilled rainbow cauliflower, kale and coconut purée, heritage carrot ribbons and mint verde.

Managing Partner at Seasoned, Colin Sayers, said, “We are proud to have hosted another special luncheon celebrating the best in the brewing and cider industries. This was a great opportunity to drive our 14001 initiative too, by serving our specially crafted vegan options for our esteemed vegan guests including the National Chairman of BFBi.”
