Dirty Bones has just launched a new sister brand, Dirty Wings, delivering the finest American-style wings, fried chicken and buns to Londoners, as well as a Curbside Pick-up at its flagship outlet.
The Dirty Wings menu, launched on Deliveroo in the first instance, includes highlights of a variety of fried chicken: Popcorn bites, Crispy Fried Chicken Thighs and half and full buckets of Wings in five different flavours.
Allowing for all tastes and spice-thresholds, the Dirty Wings concept includes the Chinese inspired Hoisin, Pineapple and Chilli and the sticky Honey and Sesame.
Burgers are chicken-centric including the Classic, a Spicy number with chipotle aioli and a Buffalo version dripping with Frank’s hot sauce and blue cheese.
American-style desserts include Warm Cinnamon Sugared Donuts, Happy Endings “Milk & Cookies” Ice Cream Sandwich and, of course, shakes. Not forgetting drinks, some of the Dirty Bones favourites are available to order in pre-mixed pouches, ready to pour at home including the Old Skool Fashioned and Rum Baby Rum cocktails.
Not a brand to sit still, Dirty Bones has also converted its flagship Kensington street-side burger hatch into a 50s style curbside pick-up, guests can call ahead or just swing by and grab their favourite American dishes, such as New York-inspired burgers such as their Mac Daddy, quality beef patties layered with cheesy macaroni, pulled beef short rib and espresso spiked BBQ sauce.
Other menu favourites will be on offer including the Dirty Vegan plant-based patty and their cult-classic Crispy Lamb Fries as well as dishes from the new Dirty Wings menu.
