Leonardo Hotels, one of the leading and fastest-growing hotel chains in Europe, has today announced the opening of its first hotel in Bristol. The brand-new hotel is the perfect base for tourists to explore the city thanks to its central location.

Opening on 17 May, the newly built Leonardo Hotel Bristol Glassfields offers 197 stylish bedrooms, a fully equipped gym and an on-site bar and restaurant for guests to enjoy.

Situated on the lively Temple Way, the new hotel is within walking distance of the most popular shopping destinations, art galleries and Bristol’s vibrant harbour side, with the Clifton Suspension Bridge just a short drive away.

Staying in the city centre will allow guests to explore some of Bristol’s main tourist attractions including the Hippodrome, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery and Brunel’s SS Great Britain.

Guests can also benefit from the hotel’s close proximity to Bristol’s main transport links with the Leonardo Hotel Bristol Glassfields located just a short walk away from Temple Meads Station, a 7-minute walk from the local bus station and 19 minutes from Bristol Airport.

Environmentally aware, Leonardo Hotel Bristol Glassfields is proud to be BREEAM certified. BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method and merits new buildings that help protect natural resources and the environment.

Jason Carruthers, Managing Director for Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels UK, said, “We are delighted to be opening our first Leonardo Hotels property in Bristol, our 13th in the UK. After expanding our offering in the capital, we are very excited to be launching in one of the UK’s most vibrant cities. We very much look forward to welcoming guests to the new property once our doors open.”
