Everards opens third Project Artisan pub

Having only just opened its second Project Artisan pub in Birmingham at the end of May, Leicestershire brewer and retailer Everards has now opened its third site, The Stamford Arms in Groby.

The site has a stone-baked oven and a new deli, working with artisan producers, many of which are local to Groby and Leicestershire, offering tapas dishes, deli sharing boards and artisan sandwiches. Many dishes from the deli and the full menu are available to buy and take home, from the artisan dressings and chutneys to the tasty selection of olives and homemade fresh pasta.

Project Artisan, an evolution of Everards’ Project William venture with microbrewers, looks to install local food and drink businesses – such as bakers, chocolatiers and butchers – in Everards pubs or property. The other Project Artisan site is also located in Birmingham and opened last year.
