Caterplus, the specialist contract caterer to the care and welfare sector, has signed four new contracts with property management company Peverel Retirement worth a total of £475,000.
The contracts are located are four assisted living developments all of which have communal dining. Benefitting from Caterplus’s services are: St Rumbold’s Court, Brackley; Aire Valley Court, Bingley; Foxhall Court, Banbury; and Townsend Court, Rushden.
A total of 27 Caterplus staff will be involved in preparing meals for the residents of 225 apartments.
Caterplus already operates 2 contracts with Peveral, the first of which was secured in 2012 and the second later the same year. Peverly, who are part of the Waterfall Services Group, currently manages 1,500 private developments across the UK.
