Camden Town Brewery aims to raise £1.5m through crowdfunding for new site

Camden Town Brewery is aiming to raise £1.5m through its ‘Hells Raiser’ campaign which is being launched through equity crowdfunding platform Crowdcube and goes live today.

Owned by Jasper Cuppaidge, the drinks manufacturer and pub operator will use the funds to create a new London brewery site.

The company has also secured a space to open an alehouse in central Kentish Town, on the former O’Reilly’s site.

The new venue will offer a back-to-basics tap room downstairs, similar to the one at the brewery’s revamped sister pub, the Horseshoe. A casual dining room will be housed upstairs serving up simple, unfussy pub food.
