Ole & Steen and Vagabond have secured sites at Nova Food in London's Victoria through Shelley Sandzer, joining brands like Franco Manca, Barbecoa, Bone Daddies, Shake Shack, and Jason Atherton's Hai Cenato.
Nova Food brings 17 new restaurants, three pop-up kiosks and a significant public realm to SW1 as part of Land Securities Nova, Victoria development. Vagabond has just opened and Ole & Steen will launch in early April.
Ole & Steen was founded by Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallbaek, well-known for their bakery chain Lagkagehuset in Denmark with over 50 locations. This will be Ole & Steen’s second location in London, following the UK debut site at St James’ Market for which Shelley Sandzer also advised, and features an all-day menu of freshly baked breads, stews, soups and sandwiches.
Award-winning independent wine bar and retailer, Vagabond, was founded by Stephen Finch in 2010 and has now grown to four sites across the capital. The brand actively sources wines from well-known regions. The new wine bar is their fifth site, following their most recent opening in Northcote Road, which was acquired by Shelley Sandzer.
Leo Feldman at Shelley Sandzer said, “Ole & Steen and Vagabond are two fantastic additions to the vibrant food and drink scene in Victoria.”
