Grain Store to close as chef Bruno Loubet retires

After four successful years, chef Bruno Loubet is to close the doors of the popular vegetable-based restaurant, Grain Store, in London's King's Cross on 23 August 2017.

Bruno Loubet, who set the eatery up with the Zetter Group, is keen to retire from full-time cooking after spending over 40 years in the kitchen.

The Zetter Group operates the 59-bed Zetter Hotel in EC1, and two Zetter Townhouse sites - bedrooms with award-winning cocktail lounges - in Clerkenwell and Marylebone.
