Yolk Breaker to open first perm site in Camden this Sunday

After making a name for itself at various London markets, Yolk Breaker is set to open its first permanent location in Camden Market on Sunday, 15 July.

Yolk Breaker, which was created by Alireza Asefi Inanlou and Toufan Fatahi, will be serving up its eggy buns, the Yolk Breaker sandwich, which is created from scrambled eggs, caramelised onions, Sriracha mayo and Red Leicester cheese.

There will also be egg and bacon buns, with an over-easy fried egg, applewood smoked bacon, harissa mayo and Red Leicester cheese.

For the vegetarians, Yolkbreaker delivers the egg and mushroom bun.

Yolk Breaker uses eggs from St Ewe Free Range Eggs in London, bacon from HG Walter - The Family Butcher, also based in the capital.
