Andrew Wong to open second restaurant in October

Michelin-starred chef Andrew Wong is to open his new restaurant, Kym's, on Tuesday 2 October in in the Bloomberg Arcade, City of London.

Focusing on the ancient craft of Chinese roasting and nostalgic flavours, the menu at Kym's pays homage not only to the many gastronomic regions of China, but also to the creativity and craftsmanship of London’s Chinatown.

The 120-cover restaurant is set over two floors, and features a circular entrance bar, and a private dining area available for hire. There is also a takeaway service.

In the 80s, Wong's family opened Kym's, named after his grandmother, in Pimlico, which is now Wong's own Michelin-starred restaurant, A. Wong, which serves modern Chinese dishes.
