Banyan Bar & Kitchen, one of Arc Inspirations many successful brands, will be opening its eighth venue after successful ventures across the North of England.
Situated in the heart of Manchester’s hugely successful Spinningfields district, Banyan will offer a laid-back option to the thriving dining and drinking scene within the neighbourhood.
The existing developer’s shell will be fully refurbished to deliver the aesthetic that is the Banyan brand, with a feature spiral staircase and fixed booth seating throughout.
Offering a total of 190 covers across the ground and mezzanine levels, the venue will offer a distinct menu of food favourites and signature cocktails until the early hours.
Externally, a terrace area will be introduced with a further 42 covers and canopy covers.
