Arc Inspirations to launch Banyan Bar & Kitchen in Newcastle next month

Arc Inspirations, the leading bar operator across the North of England, has announced that its debut site in Newcastle, Banyan Bar & Kitchen, will open on 30 March this year.

Following an extensive £1.5m refurbishment of the former Jamie’s Italian, the new bar and restaurant will span over 5,000 sq. ft. across two floors and create 70 full and part-time jobs among the local community.

Banyan Newcastle will become the ninth Banyan Bar & Kitchen to open in the North of England joining the company’s core brands, Manahatta and The Box.

Martin Wolstencroft, chief executive of Arc Inspirations, said, “We’re delighted to have branched out into a new city and introduce our fantastic Banyan brand to the local community. For us, creating memorable customer experiences in a fun and vibrant environment is at the core of what we do.

“Banyan Newcastle will be the 19th venue in our portfolio and our strategy is to continue investing in our core brands Manahatta, Banyan Bar & Kitchen and The Box, building on our cluster approach, opening bars in close proximity with confidence they will trade harmoniously.”

Banyan Bar & Kitchen will open to the public on 30th March from 10am - 12am Monday to Friday, 10am - 12:30am Saturday and Sunday.
