Delivery-only Twisted launches five new sites

Twisted London, the delivery-only restaurant born from Twisted, which specialises in creating recipe videos for its 20 million followers across social media, has expanded with the hotly anticipated launch of five new sites, including new London branches in Bayswater, Gloucester Road, Russell Square, Piccadilly and Edgware Road.

Twisted London’s first branch launched in November 2017 in East London following popular demand from its online fans and becoming the world’s first delivery only restaurant born from social media.

Generating high praise from followers, diners and tastemakers alike including, GBBO finalist, Manon Lagreve, and The Little London Vegan, Clare Every, who named the KFV her “favourite vegan chicken burger”, Twisted London’s new sites will be serving a pared down menu of its classic items.

Available to order exclusively via UberEats seven days a week, the menus will include the famous Money Shot burger with a 6oz beef patty and panko crumbed emmental cheese, classic cheeseburger; The Chuck Boris, KFV and Hot Vegan with panko crumbed vegan ‘chicken’, Naked Fries, Dirty Vegan Fries, Twisted Slaw and Fried Pickles.

Twisted London is famed for reverse engineering its restaurant model, finding its customers first via social media, discovering the food they want to eat and then delivering it to them. Through its creative content and recipe videos on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, the delivery only restaurant has built a following of over 140,000 people and as a result has gained unrivalled knowledge and insights into what its customers really want to eat.

These insights extend into sustainability and its dining experience too. Twisted London has been built for delivery, all of its packaging is designed with transportation in mind and tested intensively for heat and moisture retention. It’s also 100% biodegradable and recyclable whilst its boxes double up as plates and its grease proof paper gives customers a history of the Twisted story.

Jamie Bolding, Founder & CEO of Jungle Creations, commented, “We’re incredibly excited about the expansion of Twisted London. Since the launch of our first branch in East London just over a year ago we’ve been inundated with messages from people around the world asking us when it will be coming to a town near them so we’re thrilled to be launching in five new locations, bringing our much loved brand and its menu closer to more of its fans”.

Twisted’s first offline venture was Twisted: The Cookbook, which launched in 2016. In 2017 it generated industry buzz with the launch of the first Twisted London site, in 2018 a Twisted Bar Pop Up was launched during London Cocktail Week and this year Twisted London hopes to expand to all major cities in the UK.
