Leicestershire's Kilworth House Hotel & Theatre has been brought to market through Savills and Christie & Co, on behalf of a private client, at a guide price of £11m.

The renowned Grade II-listed hotel, set in the heart of rural of the county, is a historic Victorian estate occupying 38 acres of parkland. Set in expansive grounds, the house comprises 44 period bedrooms, as well as two restaurants, four private dining rooms and eight conference rooms.
