Boxpark Wembley awarded Best F&B Concept

Street food, bars and entertainment complex, Boxpark Wembley has been awarded Best F&B Concept at the MAPIC Awards 2019.

Held during the prestigious Awards Gala Dinner in Cannes, the MAPIC Awards recognise the retail real estate industry's best and brightest retailers and projects. A panel of top retail real estate experts judged each category with Boxpark Wembley beating a range of concepts from Germany, France, Russia, Italy and the UK to be crowned the winner.

Speaking about Boxpark Wembley’s award, Director Roger Wade said, “We are delighted to have won Best Global Food and Drink Retail Concept at the recent Mapic 2019 Awards in Cannes France.

'At Boxpark Wembley we tried to build the most beautiful shed ever built. We’re constantly trying to redefine the fanzone experience for Wembley Stadium and Arena visitors and this award recognises all the hard work from the development team at BDP and Stace, and the Boxpark operational team.”

Boxpark Wembley opened in December 2018 and has carved a reputation as London’s finest fanzone locations and as a cultural hub with an exciting programme of events.

It’s newest entertainment offerings include axe throwing with Bad Axe and a free-roam virtual reality experience, Zero Latency. In addition it has provided the local area with a stunning array of food choices from across the globe.

Food traders at Wembley cover a range of popular and emerging cuisines including Greek, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Italian and more.
