The team is now complete at the soon-to-open Holiday Inn Express Barrow in Furness.
The new recruits, working across the food and beverage, guest services, reception, finance, reservations, operations and commercial teams, join the existing senior team ready for the hotel launch next month.
Led by experienced hotelier Mark Winter as General Manager, the team has started training to ensure the best possible customer experience for guests from opening day.
Among the new recruits are Mark Rogers as Kitchen Manager who joins following a stint as Head Chef at Premier Inn, and Stephanie Andrews as Food and Beverage Assistant after gaining six years’ experience working front of house in local pub chains. Robbie Gaffney brings four years of managerial experience to his new role as Guest Service Team Leader.

The 127-bedroom hotel and restaurant will be operated by RBH, the UK’s leading independent hotel management company, and is being developed by Ashall Projects Ltd.
