JB Hall, who has a wealth of HR and hospitality experience, having previously been Head of People at Blacklock, Noble Inns and Hawkmoor, and is current consultant for Together Charity, has now been appointed new Head of People at Bone Daddies Group.
Bone Daddies Group, whose restaurants include Bone Daddies, Shackfuyu and Flesh & Buns, made the appointment as part of their drive to focus on culture, people and encouraging more people into hospitality as a career.
As part of JB’s role as Head of People, he will place a heavy focus on training and coaching, fostering a positive culture and driving employee development.
Steve Hill, Operations Director, said of the appointment, “Things have changed in hospitality and as an industry we now have an amazing opportunity to do what we should have been doing a long time ago.
'Making fundamental changes to our work space and practice, not just trying to adapt it to make it more digestible. Our indigenous workforce just doesn't aspire to the old thinking that unsociable hours, late nights, long physical shifts are acceptable at any price.”
