Tossed is planning to expand its London-based chain of salad bars from its current estate of 24 to 70 sites over the next three years.
The group aims to raise the fund required to grow through a £750k crowdfunding campaign on the Seedrs platform.
Tossed was founded by Vincent Mckevitt (pictured) who opened the first site in May 2013 in the City.
