Wolf Street Food is to open a new restaurant in Leeds, the brand's fourth outlet, adding to sites in Reading and Chiswick.
The restaurant is the first of a new concept from GO Food, healthy fast food specialist, with the firm agreeing a 10-year lease for 1,065 sq ft (99 sq m) on the ground floor.
St Paul’s Street is located in the professional core of Leeds city centre, close to the intersection with East Parade and King Street.
Steve Henderson, retail director at Savills, comments, 'The GO Italian Street Food concept has been very successful in London and the North West over the last few years. We are pleased to be supporting the launch of its new Wolf Street Food offer with this letting on behalf of Regional Properties Ltd.”
