WSH launch new restaurant concept to help high profile chefs

Westbury Street Holdings (WSH), owner of upmarket caterers Searcys, Baxterstorey and Benugo, has set up a new group of restaurants which they say will support high-profile chefs in launching their own new restaurants.

WSH Restaurants will be headed up by Matt Thomas who has headed up Baxterstorey London for the past six years.

The concept is thought to be behind Michelin star chef John Campbell and his new pub restaurant The Woodspeen in Newbury, Berkshire. It is now set to help Masterchef Judge Monica Galetti in her first solo venture and a number of other high-profile chefs which is already works with on a consultancy basis.

It is thought that WSH may launch its own restaurant format one day in the future.
