Giggling Squid to open fourth Surrey site ahead of more openings in 2016

Thai restaurant chain, Giggling Squid has announced it will be opening in Esher, Surrey on 17 November.

The company has also secured another venue in Surrey, after acquiring the former Colony Chinese site in Farnham, and is set to open the new restaurant next spring.

Andrew and Pranee Laurillard opened their first Giggling Squid in 2009 and in 2013 decided to relocate from Sussex to Surrey as part of ambitious expansion plans.

The brand has a strong reputation for delivering authentic, rustic and fresh Thai cooking with an emphasis on street food and coastal specialities. The food is prepared by master Thai chefs using fresh ingredients, sourced locally where available.

Giggling Squid currently operates 16 successful restaurants across the south of England.
