Luxury chocolate manufacturer, Hotel Chocolat, that also operates shops and two UK cafes, has achieved £3m full-year pre-tax profit, for the year ending 28 June 2015.
During the period, the chocolatier increased group sales 10.2% to £81.1m, and operating profits were £3.5m.
Hotel Chocolat's results are particularly strong following a £7m pre-tax loss the previous year.
The company operates a chocolate plantation, as well as a hotel and restaurant, in Saint Lucia.
