Bill’s pops up at Kew Gardens for the summer to support bee campaign

Restaurant group Bill’s is teaming up with Kew Gardens for the summer to support its campaign, which highlights the role of bees and other pollinators in feeding the planet.

The Kew's Science campaign sees the remarkable award-winning beehive-inspired structure, The Hive relocated to Kew Gardens and remaining until November 2017.

A Bill’s Cocktail Bar, featuring the new Bee’s Knees cocktail, will be popping up at Kew Gardens during the summer. The Bee’s Knees is a honey cocktail featuring Bill’s very own London Dry Gin, along with honey and lemon juice, and topped with Bill’s pink lemonade.

The cocktail is also available in Bill’s 74 restaurants, as part of the new summer menu, with a donation of 25p from each sale going to Kew Science.

To further support the campaign, a specials menu featuring honey-inspired dishes will run in the restaurants until 27 July.
