Healthy fast casual chain, Itsu has posted an annual like-for-like revenue rise of 22% to £82.6m to 31 December 2015.
Earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation, and amortisation (the process of paying off a debt over time through regular payments) rose by 6% to £7.3m.
During the period, the company reported that like-for-like store sales increased by 2.3%.
Profit dipped to £434,150, in comparison to £1.6m in the previous year, mainly due to the ten new store openings.
In the last quarter of the year, Itsu saw a like-for-like retail store sales rise of 9.5%, with forecasts of similar growth set for this year.
At the end of this month, the company is set to open its 58th eatery, which is situated in Reading.
