Compass Group's venues and events specialist will develop a range of retail catering options at the zoo designed to provide 'a rounded and multi-tiered experience' for visitors.
In addition, the Levy Restaurants team will manage sales and marketing activity for all conferences, catering events and hospitality.
Zoo CEO Dr Sharon Redrobe said: “As part of our £55m masterplan to make Twycross Zoo one of the UK’s leading visitor attractions, we aim to provide the best visitor experience possible and catering is of course an important part of that.
