Bill’s & Patisserie Valerie sign up to new Bracknell shopping complex

Bill’s and Patisserie Valerie have both signed up to open at The Lexicon shopping complex in Bracknell when it launches in September 2017.

Bill’s, the restaurant chain, named after its founder former greengrocer Bill Collison, will be taking 4000 sq ft on Braccan Walk. Known for its seasonal dishes and relaxing atmosphere, Bill’s is a glorious celebration of food serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in-between.

Stylish coffee shop, Patisserie Valerie, will move into a 600 sq ft shop at the entrance to the new Avenue car park in between the Fenwick and M&S stores, offering quality cakes and patisserie, continental breakfasts, lunches, the finest teas and coffees. Its international reputation has been built on the quality of products which are hand made using artisan craft bakery skills, fresh ingredients and traditional baking methods.

Simon Russian, development manager for Legal & General on behalf of Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, said, “These latest lettings demonstrate the ongoing interest in The Lexicon. Over the coming weeks we will be announcing more retailers and other food and lifestyle occupiers in the run-up to the September opening.”

Victor Nicholls, assistant chief executive, said, 'The line-up of shops and restaurants due to open in September at The Lexicon is really growing. I'm pleased there is a mix of retailers coming to Bracknell to provide a diverse shopping, eating and entertainment experience in the heart of our town centre.'
