Best Western, the world’s largest hotel group, has added nine independent hotels to its UK portfolio over the past three months. Seven of the properties are spread across the Midlands and the North, with one new hotel each in Scotland and South Wales.
The nine new hotels will add 550 bedrooms to the existing 15,000 rooms Best Western currently have in the UK and will also add conference facilities for 1,100 delegates, three spas, a golf course and a micro-brewery.
The group now currently has more than 270 three and four-star managed hotels in its UK business.
