Paul Pavli, Managing Director at Punch Taverns, has revealed the company's new look for its training academy at the group's headquarters in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire.
Pavli said on Linked In, 'We have some fantastic plans for the Punch training academy at our head office. We think it’s going to be a brilliant place for our Publican’s and punch team to learn together and help us run awesome pubs.'
Punch publicans are offered food and drink masterclasses, such as the Diageo Bar Academy and A Taste of Summer Food from Brakes. Topics covered include How to Build the Perfect Drinks Offering to Maximise Profits, How to Sell and Serve Innovative Food, and How to Host the Best Summer and Sporting Events.
