Boparan Restaurant Group stands up for frontline services

With a busy summer now over and another testing winter in store for Britain’s frontline service personnel, leading casual dining group, Boparan Restaurants is introducing new offers to reduce the pressure on the pockets of the country’s tens of thousands emergency sector workers across its Giraffe (pictured), Ed’s Easy Diner & Harry Ramsden’s restaurants.

The 75-strong group is introducing the new offers in all its company-owned restaurants nationwide to support police and fire fighters as well as all NHS staff. A range of local initiatives will be implemented within individual stores, as well as a group-wide 50% discount on food to frontline service personnel throughout the winter months.

Tom Crowley, CEO of the Boparan Restaurant Group, commented, “Like many in our industry, we have supported frontline service staff for a number of years in response to the well documented pressures this sector faces daily, both on and off-duty.

'We are therefore pleased to be in a position to 'halve the food bill' with our frontline services to demonstrate, if only in a small way, our ongoing support and appreciation for the priceless contribution they make to our society 365/24/7.”
