The latest two Boxpark Wembley vendors to be announced are award-winning burger experts Cut + Grind and chicken wing connoisseurs Drums & Flats.
Voted the best burger in the UK in the 2018 National Burger Awards, Cut + Grind will be serving up burger perfection at Boxpark Wembley. Cut + Grind’s award-winning Juicy Classic burger consists of an aged beef patty, British Cheddar, pickles and sweet red onion, topped with their signature burger sauce.
Alongside its formidable burger selection, Cut + Grind will be offering delicious veggie and vegan options, as well as popcorn halloumi bites served with chilli jam.
Also joining the Boxpark Wembley lineup are purveyers of South London’s finest chicken wings – Drums & Flats. Kicking off in 2015, the Drums & Flats team ran a series of pop ups before opening their first permanent location at Peckham Levels. Influenced by the tastes, culture and style of South London, the Drums & Flats menu includes a variety of wings, as well as a tasty selection of indulgent sides and homemade sauces.
Drums & Flats at Boxpark Wembley will be the brand’s second bricks and mortar site, finally bringing those crowd-pleasing signature wings North of the river. Drums & Flats were also recently nominated for The YBFs in the meat category.
Opening in December 2018, Boxpark Wembley will be hosting an incredible variety of food and beverage vendors. Previously announced traders include: Nanny Bills, Smoky Boys, Mitsuryu, GialloGrano, Kabab, Spice Shack, Zia Lucia, The Athenian, Ugly Dumpling and Thai Express.
